These terms describe how the Absolute Fleet Washing fleet referral program works — who can refer, what a referral earns, what the referred company receives, and when a reward is paid. Referral rewards are available for eligible new customers referred to Absolute Fleet Washing. By submitting a referral you agree to these terms.
Anyone 18 or older may submit a referral, with these exceptions:
A referral is a company you tell us about that we were not already working with. To qualify, a referred company must become a new qualifying recurring customer, and at the time you submit the referral it may not already be:
Every referral is reviewed by a person before it is accepted. We may decline a referral that appears to be a duplicate, is submitted in bulk, or was collected without the referred company's knowledge. Additional restrictions may apply.
If a company you refer becomes a recurring Absolute Fleet Washing customer, you earn:
The amount is based on the number of vehicles or qualifying service units enrolled in recurring service at the time the account starts. One-time and one-off jobs do not earn a reward — the program exists to reward recurring relationships.
Rewards are issued after the eligibility requirements are satisfied, including completion and payment of qualifying recurring services. In practice that means your reward becomes payable once the company you referred has completed and paid for their second qualifying recurring service. We do this so that the reward follows a real, working account rather than a signature.
We will contact you at the email address you gave us when the reward is on its way. Rewards are normally issued within 30 days of becoming payable. If an invoice is later voided, refunded or charged back, or if the account is cancelled before those first two services are completed and paid, the reward does not become payable.
Rewards may be taxable income to the recipient; recipients are responsible for any applicable taxes. We may be required to collect a W-9 and issue a Form 1099 if your rewards reach the IRS reporting threshold in a calendar year.
A company that signs up for recurring service through a referral receives a welcome credit equal to 50% of the value of its first standard recurring service, applied evenly across its first four qualifying recurring services — 12.5% off each of the first four washes.
The credit applies to recurring service only, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with another introductory offer. If the account stops before all four services are performed, the unused portion of the credit is not paid out in any other form.
We use the contact details you give us to reach the company you referred, to send you the confirmation and reward updates for this program, and for nothing else. We do not sell them. Please only give us contact details you have a reasonable basis to share.
Absolute Fleet Washing reserves the right to determine eligibility and to modify or discontinue the program at any time, including the reward amounts. A referral you submitted before a change will be honoured on the terms in place when we received it. Referrals submitted through automated means, or that misrepresent who you are or what the referred company does, may be refused, and rewards obtained that way may be withheld.
Where an eligibility decision is unclear, we would rather talk it through than take it away — contact us and we will look at it.
